I looked into a full-length mirror the other day. I was a bit shocked at what I saw. I think I am now 8 months pregnant—not the 6 months I was a few months back. Of course it is the end of winter.
I’m trying to get back into shape—hopefully for me and not you. But I expect I will not make it completely—too old I think.
Still 3 days ago I hiked up to some monuments in Oviedo, Spain. I was informed it would take an hour from some young ladies who would never consider walking it and could not understand why I would not take the bus. It took closer to 3 hours, but I did do it and it was nice.
Today I’m writing this while on another hiking trail—this one in the mountains near Gandia, Spain. I was told it would take an hour and a half. It’s now been 3 and a half hours—but I’m taking my time and have gotten lost a little.
The point is that I’m trying to get back in shape. If nothing else I expect I’ll get in a little better shape.
